Private Wealth

Ms. Plybon is a partner of the firm in the Private Wealth Practice Group. She is a Certified Public Accountant as well as an attorney. Her practice focuses on wealth transfer planning, estate administration and charitable giving. In addition to her law practice, Ms. Plybon is active in several professional and civic organizations, including the Atlanta Estate Planning Council, the Duke University Alumni Admissions Advisory Committee and the Atlanta Regional Campaign Council for The Campaign for Duke. She has also served on the Board of Directors of Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Metro Atlanta, Inc. Ms. Plybon is an author and frequent lecturer on estate planning topics and has appeared as a tax law commentator on CNNfn's program In The Money and CNN's CNN Today.
