Mr. Pepper is a partner of the Firm and a member of the Real Estate Practice Group and Lending Practice Team. He primarily represents multi-family developers and owners in the development of new multi-family projects and the acquisition of existing multi-family projects, as well as in the structuring and closing of other commercial real estate transactions. These transactions have included the acquisition, development and financing of raw land, office buildings, residential subdivisions, and retail projects. Additionally, Mr. Pepper represents local, regional and national lenders in commercial real estate loan transactions, corporate lending transactions, and asset based lending transactions. Mr. Pepper has extensive experience in the negotiation, preparation and review of all types of loan documentation and complex multi-family development documentation.

Representative Transactions

  • Representation of Owner in the acquisition and financing of in excess of 3,000 multi-family apartment units in the greater Atlanta area
  • Representation of Multi-Family Developer in the assemblage of property, development and financing of luxury multi-family apartment project in Atlanta, operation of these projects, and the disposition of these projects to institutional purchasers
  • Representation of state and national banks in construction loans for multi-family, condominium, retail, office/warehouse and office projects
  • Representation of institutional owner in the acquisition and disposition of “power center” retail developments, multi-family projects, office/warehouse projects and office developments
