    Mr. Morris is a partner in the firm's Litigation Practice. He handles prosecution and defense of complex litigation matters involving directors and officers liability, insurance agent/broker liability, title agent liability, real estate licensee liability, financial planner liability and legal malpractice. Mr. Morris serves as national coverage counsel for various insurance companies. He has represented attorneys before the State Bar. He has also drafted numerous policy forms for insurers. Mr. Morris serves as ethics co-counsel to various Members of the U.S. Congress. He also handles book publishing and other media deals for clients.
