Ms. Kelly is experienced in handling a wide variety of intellectual property litigation, prosecution, and client counseling matters, including patent, copyright, trademark, unfair competition and trade secret issues. Ms. Kelly has assisted clients with technology in the mechanical, electrical, biotechnical and chemical arts, including clients in the textile, pharmaceutical and petroleum industries.
