Mr. Howard is an associate of the firm and a member of the Corporate Practice Group and the Securities & Corporate Governance Practice Team. Prior to joining AGG, he was a Certified Public Accountant with a "Big 5" accounting firm, where his responsibilities included assisting in the compilation of SEC registration statements and filings in connection with public offerings of stock and auditing and opining on the financial statements of Fortune 500 clients.

His practice at AGG focuses on securities and transactional matters such as public and private offerings, Exchange Act compliance and general corporate matters.
