Mr. Hirsch has been a partner in the Litigation Practice Group of the Firm since 1975. In addition to his extensive trial experience before state and federal courts throughout the country, he has successfully represented a client of the Firm in a landmark antitrust case before the Supreme Court of the United States. He served as Chairperson of the Litigation Department of the Firm (1982-87) and a member of the Firm's Management Committee (1986-2000), which he chaired from 1989-1995. He is also a member of the Employment Law and Healthcare Practice Teams. In 1970, Mr. Hirsch was named one of the ten outstanding Assistant United States Attorneys in the Country out of more than 900 assistants.
