Leader of the Tax Practice Team and a partner in the firm, Mr. Gregory has broad experience in advising clients in all areas of federal and state income tax law. He has represented clients in the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, corporate partnership and S Corporation taxation, taxation of specialized entities such as REITs and regulated investment companies as well as general tax planning. He is a member of the Board of Advisors of the Journal of Taxation of S Corporations, published by Faulkner & Gray and is an author of various published articles.
