Mr. Gould is an attorney in the Affordable Housing and Commercial Real Estate Practice Groups. His practice includes the representation of clients developing multifamily housing complexes, mixed-use and urban redevelopment projects and other transactions involving public/private partnerships or financed with low income housing tax credits, tax-exempt bonds and other types of conventional or subsidized financing. Mr. Gould also has substantial experience in the development and leasing of office buildings and shopping centers and has represented European institutional clients in connection with investments in office, retail and resort properties throughout the United States and Australia.
