Mr. Golden is a partner in the Growth Companies/Private Equities Practice Team and the Mergers & Acquisitions/Strategic Alliances Practice Team. Mr. Golden's practice focuses on assisting clients grow their businesses through a variety of methods including (i) raising capital (both debt and equity), (ii) mergers and acquisitions, and (iii) strategic partnerships. Mr. Golden has also represented companies in their employee matters including negotiating executive employment agreements and non competition agreements.

Prior to joining AGG, Mr. Golden was a law clerk for Judge Ernest Tidwell, United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
