Adam Gajadharsingh is an associate in the firm's Litigation Practice Group and a member of the firm's Business Litigation Team. Before coming to Arnall Golden Gregory LLP, Adam practiced for four years at Crowell & Moring LLP in Washington, D.C. Adam has significant experience with matters involving contract disputes, commercial arbitration, product liability, class actions, environmental litigation, insurance coverage, and federal tort claims. In particular:

• A $30 million contract dispute, favorably resolved through arbitration, between two of the largest railroad companies in the United States over the acquisition and division of a third railroad company;
  
• Defense of a Fortune 100 company against allegations its product caused birth defects; and
  
• Complex insurance coverage defense involving environmental remediation costs at over 15 sites across the United States.
