Mr. Fisher is a partner of the firm and former Chairman of the Real Estate Practice Group. He primarily represents developers, owners and investors in the structuring and closing of commercial real estate transactions. These transactions have included the acquisition, development, financing, and leasing of raw land, office buildings, residential subdivisions, apartment complexes, hotels, and regional malls. As a result of this representation, Mr. Fisher has extensive experience in the negotiation, preparation and review of partnership, acquisition, loan, syndication and leasing documentation for developers, owners, investors, purchasers and sellers.
