Guanming Fang is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group of the firm and is a member of the Growth Companies and Mergers & Acquisitions/Strategic Alliances Teams. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances for publicly-held and privately-held businesses. Guanming also has experience advising clients, including growth companies and foreign companies, on technology matters, privacy matters, software licensing and distribution agreements, private equity financing and other corporate matters. Guanming is an active member in the Chinese and Asian business communities. She actively works with various organizations to promote business exchange between the United States and China and to facilitate US companies seeking to do business in China and Chinese businesses entering the US market. Guanming currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Chinese Business Association of Atlanta. She also served as Secretary of National Association of Chinese Americans from 1999 to 2000. Guanming was born and raised in China. She is fluent in Chinese Mandarin and Cantonese, in addition to English.
