Mr. Duncan is a partner of Arnall Golden Gregory LLP and a member of the Corporate Practice Group and Securities & Corporate Governance Practice Team. Prior to joining AGG in August 1996, he was an attorney with the Securities and Exchange Commission Division of Corporation Finance for two years where his responsibilities included reviewing registration statements for compliance with the disclosure requirements of the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

His practice at AGG focuses on securities and transactional matters such as public and private offerings, Exchange Act compliance and general corporate matters.
