Mr. Chalmers is of counsel with Arnall Golden Gregory's Litigation Practice Group. He has experience in a wide variety of complex commercial and appellate litigation. He has represented Fortune 500 and other companies in putative class actions involving consumer fraud, securities and RICO claims. He has also represented companies in cases involving contract disputes and business torts, as well as matters related to corporate governance and to the fiduciary obligations of directors and officers.

Mr. Chalmers also represents candidates and public officials with respect to ethics and election law matters. He has served as legal counsel to Perdue for a New Georgia, Inc., Governor Sonny Perdue's campaign committee, and he represents the campaigns of a number of members of the Georgia General Assembly. Mr. Chalmers previously served as a law clerk to Judge Diarmuid F. O'Scannlain of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
