Ms. Cederholm is a partner of the firm in the Mergers & Acquisitions/Strategic Alliances Practice Team with over 20 years of concentration in the areas of business transactions and general corporate matters. She has significant experience representing purchasers and sellers in many types of acquisitions, divestitures, mergers and other business combinations of public and privately held companies.

In recent years, Ms. Cederholm has completed over 40 domestic and cross-border transactions with an aggregate value of over $650 million. Ms. Cederholm's practical business-oriented approach has helped her clients efficiently resolve the challenges of transactions and achieve their goals.
