Ms. Bragman is a partner in the firm's Complex Insurance Service Practice Team where she focuses on defending professionals in malpractice, securities and related cases. Another focus of Ms. Bragman's practice is the representation of insurance carriers in coverage disputes. She has had extensive experience before state and federal courts throughout the United States and frequently lectures on legal malpractice. She speaks Spanish as a second language. Ms. Bragman is a member of the firm's Management Committee.
