Ms. Ball is a Partner in the Commercial Real Estate Practice Team of the firm. Ms. Ball has extensive experience in negotiating and structuring the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate assets. Her areas of expertise include joint venture, financing, development, management, leasing and sales.

Representative Transactions
  • Representation as general counsel for European institutional investor in the negotiation, acquisition, joint venture financing, development, management, leasing and sale of super regional malls and office buildings in North America
  • Representation as local counsel for developer in connection with one of the largest office towers in Atlanta, including property assemblage, construction, financing, reciprocal easement agreements and sale
  • Representation of lender in negotiation and documentation of participating interest mortgage loan secured by partnership, trust and real property interests
  • Representation of institutional investor in the negotiation, acquisition and overseeing of investment interests through joint ventures in portfolios of real estate investments, including small industrial, mixed use, major hotel and resort properties and related financing and development of such assets
