Anisa I. Abdullahi is a partner in the Real Estate and Commercial Lending Practices. Ms. Abdullahi is a member of the firm’s Hiring and Diversity Committees, and co-chairs the firm's Women's Initiative.
Ms. Abdullahi has extensive experience with the representation of lenders and borrowers in connection with complex debt financings, including syndicated and single lender senior credit facilities, secured and unsecured loans, asset-based loans, local and multi-state permanent real estate loans, construction loans, and land acquisition loans. Ms. Abdullahi’s practice also includes representation of lenders in connection with loan workouts, as well as representation of servicers in connection with commercial mortgage backed securities (CMBS) loans.
In addition, Ms. Abdullahi's expertise includes advising clients (including, in particular, payment processors) on numerous secured transaction and collateral matters under the Uniform Commercial Code.
Ms. Abdullahi has been a member of the Executive Committee of the Real Property Law Section of the Georgia State Bar since 2010.
