Adam S. Skorecki is a partner in the Mergers and Acquisitions Practice.
Mr. Skorecki focuses his practice on corporate and real estate transactions, and has had extensive experience in financing of all types, including bond financing. Mr. Skorecki's primary experience is with corporate acquisitions, mergers, venture capital fund investments and other combinations, as well as asset-based, real estate and other conventional forms of financing. He has had extensive experience in the acquisition, sale and financing of nursing homes and other related types of healthcare facilities, as well as financing for such facilities with specialized lending institutions. He also has had significant experience in the logistics and distribution industry.
